Tissue Production
stlb™ is a leading toilet tissue converter, transforming two-ton parent rolls into a variety of configurations for multiple customers. Our specialized converting machine—modified in Italy—is designed for operation by employees who are legally blind or visually impaired. Finished products are then packaged by our skilled team of visually impaired workers.

The machine can produce a wide range of sheet sizes and sheet counts per roll. One of our most popular SKUs is a 4”×4” sheet, 500-sheet, 4 oz roll, which fulfills year-round orders for several State of Texas agencies. Annually, stlb™ produces over 12 million rolls, providing more than 150,000 cases of this SKU.
Finished rolls can be packaged in a tissue wrapper for individual rolls or in poly-wrapped retail packaging. Both wrapper types can be fully customized to meet customer specifications.
In addition to toilet paper, the machine can produce kitchen roll paper towels, and stlb™ has successfully completed commercial and private-label orders for paper towels.
