Since beginning this partnership in 1993, our plastic conversion operation has grown to more than 10 specialized production lines, with an annual capacity exceeding 3 million trays.

What began with manual ultrasonic welding and hand-folded trays has evolved into a highly efficient, modernized system. Our in-house engineering and mechanical teams designed and built custom automated folding and welding machines—dramatically increasing production capacity while continuing to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who are blind.
